Product Overview

DIABLO-2000 (Vulcan-2000) backpack air respirator is the third generation product of Italian D.P.I company. The product is manufactured according to the international respiratory protective equipment standards and safety standards, and has passed many quality and safety certificates, such as 89/686/EEC, 96/98CE, DIN136 and so on.

Vulcan-2000 backpack respirator is a respiratory system composed of gas cylinder, back plate, demand valve, respiratory mask and other components completely isolated from the external environment gas, respiratory mask is equipped with an acoustic device, can communicate with the outside world language, is the basic respiratory protection equipment for working in harmful gases and lack of oxygen environment.

1	Backpack plate	Vulcan-2000 respirator back plate is the main part of the respirator, according to the human body curve using synthetic resin production, comfortable, flame retardant, light weight.
2	Pressure reducer assembly	DIN300 pressure reducer assembly is one of the most important spare parts of the respirator. It is mounted on the back plate of the respirator and connected to the high pressure pipe and low pressure pipe.
3	Breathing Mask	The Vulcan-2000 backpack respirator is equipped with a monocular full-field-of-view breathing mask. The mask adopts advanced anti-fog technology, which can still make the vision clear under the environment of big temperature difference and high humidity, and the mask is equipped with sound transmission device, which can communicate with the outside world in language.
4	Demand valve (air supply valve)	The demand valve is a special air supply device connecting the low-pressure tube and the breathing mask. The valve opens automatically when inhaling and adjusts the flow of gas according to the size of the breathing volume.
5	Cylinders	Vulcan-2000 backpack respirator, the standard configuration is the American SCI company's production of ALT-854/6.8L carbon fibre standard cylinder. The cylinder is made of space technology, with a 5-year calibration period and a 15-year service life.	Domestic 6.8L/9L carbon fibre cylinders are also available.
