Product Overview

DK-8000 plant monitoring system is a set of network communication to achieve geographically dispersed, monitoring the number of points of view more flammable or toxic and hazardous points for unified monitoring, monitoring, management of networked data monitoring and management platform. The system is a typical application case of "Internet of Things". The system includes five layers in functional classification, namely gas detection, data network access and on-site connection control, remote communication, management application platform, data sharing and management. The system is a comprehensive monitoring system based on sensor data collection, event alarm, wireless communication, SMS notification, business management, data statistical analysis, front-end equipment connection management, alarm and emergency plan processing.

	Technical Parameters
Real-time monitoring	The system can monitor real-time access to the system gas detector concentration data and work status for display, recording and storage, and alarm signal processing, display and output signals for exceeding the limit.
Data storage	In accordance with national standards, real-time monitoring data of all toxic and hazardous gases can be transmitted to the monitoring centre, so that the gas protection automatic monitoring system can be linked with alarms and emergency rescue, and at the same time ensure that the real-time monitoring data are recorded in the historical database in accordance with a certain format.
Large screen display	LCD splicing screen as an indoor large screen display equipment, support for multi-screen, split-screen free display, switch at will, is now highly popular in the field of monitoring and security; not only that, LCD splicing screen in the indoor display of high-definition and clear, close-up view will not produce blurred, ripples and so on.
Historical data	Every 30s to store all the data (can be set), data retention for more than 1 year (according to the storage space), can automatically generate historical curves, real-time curves.
Alarm map	Customized factory floor plan, real-time view of detector locations, real-time display of the transmitter number.
Information Push	Once the gas leakage occurs on site, the on-site detector has an alarm signal to remind the personnel, at the same time, the alarm signal will be transmitted to the person in charge of the mobile phone with the SMS function at the first time, and the alarm information will be sent out in the monitoring centre (gas monitoring station) synchronously to accurately and timely find out where the gas leakage occurs or where the concentration of the gas is too high, and immediately take corresponding safety measures. The alarm information can also be sent to the designated mobile phone via SMS.
